History: Jak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.
