Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her hair is long and black with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Ulla is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ulla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
