History: Vola was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Srorthen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
