He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Shag was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sculptor. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Nuthra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nuthra's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
