Personality: Ozyman speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ozyman was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
