Description: She wears a simple blue robe with black stripes complete with hood. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born in the east. Through the years after Shava was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shava's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'2" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Rangrim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rangrim decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Rangrim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She sports auburn long hair. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Server arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He wears tattered old clothes. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Morkral was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it
