Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vepar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vepar. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
