History: He was born in a small forest village. Through the years after Purson was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Purson's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Nirgel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
