Description: A middle-aged woman, she has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe, and is pretty ugly. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pelaios fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
