Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Her chestnut hair is singed and shortened. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. He is portly but not overly obese. He has shaved his head bald. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, black shirt, and yellow tie. She has black hair. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
