Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.
