He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beatrice grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
