Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a worn and beaten armor. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.
History: Waywocket hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and halfling compassion

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She wears her chestnut hair down. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Born in the east to a Bricklayer, Nora learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Virra enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is content; and many illithids want her driven away

Description: This malnourished woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Tawna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Tawna was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
