Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Akra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but she was a colossal failure. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Enidda has worked very hard to control her curse. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Hethress is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
