Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the north to a Tanner, Vicky learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer.
