History: Sariel hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Kite wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Chem was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Bendoo was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bendoo's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
