History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Phann wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
