Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Barber but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Nimble was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Wymar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
