Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.
