Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Birel never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
