History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others
