History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Bookbinder job and began her own company from there.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
