Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is grey, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. Her hair is long and silver with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Priest father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to get a good night's sleep
