Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His hair is short and red. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this northern man wears just a pastel suit. He sports a flattop fur cut. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This slender man stands about 3'3". He wears a fancy white suit. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a great chef.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dondon grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Halfling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Armorer like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Armorer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a large white jacket. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern
