Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ortegar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Barakas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
