Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a great chef.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: A 4'10" western woman, she wears bulky pastel painted plate armor. Her cinnamon fur is smooth and relatively long. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Five grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ombul liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His gold crest is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Norkruuth hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
