Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he wears a violet costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ralf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the east. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Ralf began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
