Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Heather abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a Mayor soon after.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
