Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He carries with him a set of sickles on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delebean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her tied-back hair is black. Her eyes are likewise green.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Yevelda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. With bright silver hair. Her eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Althaea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, red shirt, and grey tie. His hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
