History: Born to a Roofer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Anne alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Anverth was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her scarlet crest is smooth and relatively long. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions
