History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tod was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Tod alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Tod was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Faral was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Faral's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
