History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Burana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wants to work out more often
