She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Theren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Theren was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Theren's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.
