He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. He has no hair. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vola is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Gifted from a young age, Three studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
