History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Silent was taken on many hunting expeditions. Silent liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Glim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barrister responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He takes great joy in being the best Bookbinder in town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.
