History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Portia hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She married young, but lost her spouse to brigands. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.
