Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with green slacks. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Morkral was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in a small island village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Astaro took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Azza learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: Kansif lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Blacksmith, but she got bored and became a Courier. She's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Courier and was forced into it by her family; and further expansion of business
