History: Born in the east to a Sage, Mella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She keeps her red hair in a pixie cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Ekk was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barber. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born in a small desert village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
