History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A freak accident while working with his Roofer father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Ielenia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Varg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
