Description: He dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with black slacks. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
