Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her blonde hair is well kept. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Torgga grew up listening to her father's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Heather liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
