Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Rûg was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Rûg took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He sports a flattop hair cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She wears baggy brown pantaloons and a grey scarf. She carries a battered rapier and tarnished nunchaku as well. She keeps her brown fur in a pixie cut. Her ears are large.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jade fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break
