Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. She sports a flattop hair cut. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Oriel was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oriel decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines copper.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears tattered old clothes. He has no hair. His fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A freak accident while working with her Armorer father left her crippled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and she is content
