History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. During her travels, Bryseis and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bryseis discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bryseis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
