History: Born in the north to a Servant, Oblar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is unsatisfied with his job
