His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Ulfgar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to pay off his debts

History: Marbas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
