Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her scarlet crest is unkempt and raggedy. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Gesrethe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has no hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears bulky red painted plate armor. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. Through the years after Nelkin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nelkin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nelkin and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peren will drive conversation. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
