History: She comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and is pretty ugly. His gold crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sailor who has hired her part-time. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She's in love; and wishes to resurrect an old love
