History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
