Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He has rusty crest. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: She has a missing left arm. She typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. Her red hair is heavily combed to the left. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Sannl and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. Her white crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson green hat.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bowyer business.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears long strands of ruby and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His crest is short and brass. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Direcris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
